At HRN we have created a network of expert diversity and equality practitioners. We have a pool of specialist consultants, trainers and researchers able to provide expert advice and guidance on all areas of equality covering age, disability, gender, race, religion or belief and sexual orientation.

Besides these equality areas we also undertaken work on wider diversity and community cohesion issues. We do this through:

• Research and evaluation
• Consultation and policy development
• Human Resources Management (HRM) and diversity
• Partnership development between Statutory agencies and minority communities
