Women’s Pathway into Leadership
As part of our agenda to reduce gender inequalities we are currently working on an 18-month innovative project. It is designed to identify and meet the core Leadership and skills development of women in business, women in work, or women considering establishing their own business or community enterprise.
In partnership with Excellent Women and Accordia Training we have designed a unique Benchmarking system to measure women’s leadership and skills development needs.
Using Business Mentors and Coaching our specialist equalities and change management expertise has been utilized to:
- Conduct 80 skill audits to identify individual support needs
- Develop and implement 80 one-to-one tailor-made support plans
- Undertake bespoke HRM and equality and diversity support
Women’s Pathway to Leadership is a free Learning and Skills Council and European Social Fund Co-financed initiative. If you are a woman, you can only benefit from taking part.
