‘Ready2Change’?
‘Ready2Change’? was a two-year innovative project designed to identify and meet the Change Management needs of small and medium sized enterprises across Nottinghamshire.
Working in partnership with Nottingham Trent University’s Business School, Accordia Training and HSL IT systems we designed a unique Benchmarking system to measure a business’s development and capacity building needs.
The key aims of the programme were to:
- Conduct 60 business audits to identify individual support needs
- Develop and implement 60 one-to-one tailor-made support plans
- Undertake bespoke HRM and equality and diversity support
- Design and produce 60 tailor-made Change-Management Toolkits
‘Ready2Change’? was a free Learning and Skills Council and European Social Fund Co-financed initiative.
The Project has now been completed and it was widely viewed as being successful and innovative. The Consortium responsible for delivering this project are currently exploring alternative means of delivering a similar project.
