Calling all voluntary organisations in the Mansfield area. Get help to improve your performance

Not-for-profit organisations need support, encouragement but above all practical steps they can take to become more effective in their communities.

That’s why Mansfield Council for Voluntary services has joined with Human Relations Network and private companies to provide a package of intensive, professional approaches focused on improving third sector organisational efficiency.

30 organisations will have the chance to take part in this 2/3 month pilot scheme for free with a range of workshops given by sector professionals, after their needs and priorities have been assessed. 

To kick start this programme, the lead bodies have brought together a team with a wide range of skills.  As well as offering the organisations concentrated support, they are offering local businesses the opportunity to fulfil their social and corporate responsibilities.

The programme will link innovation, enterprise and equality includes resources which will be available after the pilot scheme is finished.  These contain interactive DVDs showing video case studies, tips and strategies.
