Black Minority Ethnic Research for the Learning and Skills East Midlands
Human Relations Network are supporting Jiva Skies, Management Consultants who are carrying out a research project led by Enable on behalf of East Midlands Learning & Skills Partnership. The purpose of the project is to provide the Learning & Skills Council (LSC) with an up-to-date picture of how Black & Minority Ethnic (BME) voluntary groups are organised across the region in relation to the delivery of learning and skills.
We aim to propose recommendations on how to improve the effectiveness of representation and support for BME organisations and to recommend measures on how to improve and manage relationships with BME organisations.
